DJ Nu-Mark @ Do-Over
I'm usually not a big fan when a DJ, especially a well known one, "drops" tracks all through out their sets, basically trying to play as much tracks as they possibly can. To me, that's being lazy & not putting in work, nevertheless, DJ Nu-Mark's set @ the Do-Over, he pulls off the "drop" technique. Nu-Mark does it in a way that is not sloppy at all, he also "quick mixes" some tracks making this an actual dope set that has the crowd 100% on his side, check out the video & see how DJ Nu-Mark rocks it at Do-Over...I am so overdue for a Do-Over:

Look-a-like of the Day
It's been a minute, but here is the latest 'Look-a-like of the Day'. ESPN's Scott Van Pelt looking like Howard Stern Show's, Medicated Pete, especially if Pete goes completely bald like Van Pelt, but that may be a long shot now that Pete has a toupee. Let's take a look:

Fight Review: Khan v Garcia
In a highly anticipated fight by many boxing fans, Amir Khan vs Danny Garcia came in to Saturdays match with an opportunity to unify the Jr. Welterweight division with a victory. The stage was set, Amir Khan the more skilled of the two, although Danny Garcia possessed good skills and a strong will to try and pull out an upset.
From the opening bell, Khan set the tone displaying his speed and punch percision as he proved to be too skilled and too fast for Garcia. The second round was more of the same for "King" Khan, speed and power that seemed to over match Garcia, but he would hang in there and make it to the third round. The 3rd round saw Danny Garcia starting to let his hands go and landing overhand punches that began landing on Khan as he kept working on Danny. Garcia would catch lightning in a bottle as he caught Amir with a counter overhand left, as Khan missed an uppercut. The punch thrown by Garcia caught Amir flush on the side of his neck as as he fell unconsciously to the mat. As he hit the floor, he seemed to had regained consciousness and got up to beat the count. Garcia was now stalking Khan as he had Amir hurt and wobbled. Khan would survive the onslaught and make it to his corner for a much need rest after the unbelievable finish to the 3rd round. The 4th round it was evident that the tables had turned, Garcia was now on a war-path as Khan tried to dance away and at times still trade punches with Garcia. Khan would get caught again by an two overhand rights that sent Khan back down to the floor. Amir showed great heart by actually going back and forth with Garcia to make an exciting 4th round, but a shot by Garcia to the top of the head of Khan proved to be the final straw for referee Kenny Bayless, as after his eight count he asked Khan if he was ok, but was not convinced with Khan's response and put a halt to the fight. Danny Garcia did it, he pulled an amazing upset and became the unified Jr. Welterweight champion.
An incredible fight that seemed to be one-sided in the first two rounds that favored Amir Khan, but highlighted Danny Garcia's strong will to turn his fortune around by an incredible overhand left that Khan was never really able to comeback from. A great fight by these two young stars. This now propels Danny Garcia to stardom which will get him more great fights. As for Amir Khan, despite having 3 losses, I still think he needs to make some improvements to his defense, and with that, he should be back to be a force in the division, without a doubt. Nevertheless, a total treat to us boxing fans that were treated to an exciting fight.
***Noez Prediction: So I had Danny Garcia winning by Split-Decision, but I never thought he would beat Amir Khan by TKO, a total shocker.

Fight Preview: Khan v Garcia
On July 14th, 2012 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Amir "King" Khan squares off against Danny "Swift" Garcia. This bout will be an opportunity for one of these fighters to unify the 140 pound division, now that Khan was reinstated with his championship belt, due to Lamont Peterson's recent positive testing issues. We as boxing fans are in for a treat, with the fact that these two young fighters are in the prime of their professional careers. It should make for a barn-burner, knowing that both fighters have the chance to reign supreme as the top Jr. Welterweight with a victory on Saturday.
Danny Garcia is coming in to the fight as the underdog, due to his lack of competition with top tier fighters. The most notable fighter that Garcia has beaten is an age-old Erik Morales earlier this year in Texas to win the WBC title. Khan has the experience and skills that make him the favorite against Garcia. Khan must utilize his speed & power to keep Garcia from pulling an upset. On the other hand, Garcia needs to work the inside & penetrate the body and head of Khan, as Khan has shown to be vulnerable at times when fight under closed quarters. Once again, it's great to see young standouts fighting each other, especially when the stakes are high as they are this Saturday as one of these fighters will have the chance to unify the Jr. Welterweight division. Don't miss it on HBO's World Championship Boxing 8 PM PST.
***Noez Prediction: (I'm gonna go out on a limb)
