Rios v Antillon Fight Review

Brandon Rios vs Urbano Antillon simply had fireworks written all over it.  Last night at the Home Depot Center, a sense of nostalgia filled the outdoor venue in Carson.  It seemed everyone knew that these two warriors would give it their all in the ring, and to our pleasure they did just that.  As soon as the undercard fight of Molina v Cintron finished and cleared, you can immediately feel the electricity start to build as we all knew what was next.  Each fighter had their own band setting up shop as they played for each fighter as they made their entrance.  Antillon had the norteno band up in the ring playing while he made his way into the squared circle, as Rios had a tamborazo band near the entrance as he made his walk into the ring, the stage was set.
From the beginning of the bell these two went toe-to-toe fighting from the inside that produced a great style that us fans greatly enjoyed.  Trading shots from the 1st round, these two warriors had the fans going in a frenzy, "That's what we came here to see" was what I was screaming at the top of my lungs after that 1st round that had everyone in attendance going insane.  Rios went in on Antillon with great shots to the body & uppercuts that I saw gave him the round.  The second round saw Antillon land some good hooks, and one that stunned Rios at the end of the round that sparked a verbal confrontation between the two requiring their corners to seperate them, this was indeed a great fight in full force.  The 3rd Round belonged to Rios as he knocked down Antillon twice, one knock down had Antillon go face first to the mat. The ref put a halt to the bout when Urbano was staggering in the ring, despite the fight going only 3 rounds, I had witnessed a great fight.  It was a a pleasure to see this fight in person, thoroughly enjoyed Rios v Antillon!
